This privacy policy explains how the controller processes the personal data of visitors and clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. We consider your privacy important and process your data transparently, only to the extent necessary and for predefined purposes.

Identification data
We process your first and last name for the purpose of identifying you during communication and when handling your enquiries and requests.
Contact data
We process your e-mail address so that we can contact you and respond to the messages you send through the contact form.
Communication content
We process the subject and text of your message for the purpose of handling your request and conducting the related communication.
Technical data
When you submit the contact form, we process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) through the Cloudflare Turnstile service, which is used to verify that the form is submitted by a real person (protection against spam and bots). We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or website analytics tools.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the contact form, for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is to ensure the proper operation and security of the website and to respond to your enquiries.
We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was obtained. Data from contact communication is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a specific legal regulation requires a longer retention period. After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, nor do we sell it. To ensure the operation of the contact form, we use the following processors, who process the data solely on our instructions and in accordance with a concluded data processing agreement:
Cloudflare, Inc.
We use the Cloudflare Turnstile service to verify that the contact form is submitted by a real user (protection against spam and bots). For this purpose, your IP address and technical browser data may be processed.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)
We use the Resend service for the technical delivery of e-mail messages sent through the contact form. The data you enter in the form is processed (name, e-mail address, subject, and message text).
Some of the processors listed above (Cloudflare, Resend) are companies based in the United States, and therefore processing may involve the transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate guarantees under the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you as the data subject have the following rights, which you can exercise at any time:
Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and if so, the right to access that data and information about its processing.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete personal data concerning you completed.
Right to erasure
You have the right to have your personal data erased (the right to be forgotten) if one of the grounds set out in the GDPR applies, for example if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, in particular if you contest its accuracy or object to its processing.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit it to another controller.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including profiling.
Our website does not use Google Analytics, advertising, or any other tools for tracking or analysing visitor behaviour. The only data processing takes place through the contact form. To protect the form against spam and automated attacks, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service, which verifies that you are a real user (CAPTCHA). Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary technical data for this purpose, but it does not create user profiles or track you across websites.
You can exercise any of your rights by contacting us at the e-mail address below. We will handle your request without undue delay, no later than one month from its receipt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
